This is one of the greatest areas in Atlanta and there are a few places I want rave about. First, my pal Amy who runs New Moon Skin Care. If you are serious about taking care of your skin get a microderm abrasion. After the treatment your skin will feel like buttah. The salon is at Studio Plex, a really funky development in the Old Fourth Ward. The new restaurant Serpas True Food just opened there. I haven’t been yet but know Scott is a terrific chef–it should be great. For more dining in this area you can’t go wrong with Sotto Sotto, Fritti, Rathbun’s, Krog Bar, Highland Bakery, Shaun’s and the sandwich shop at Parish. There are a few cute new shops in IP like Jac. boutique (love her!), So-Shoe-Lite and Lila. Got a cool place that I’ve missed in this area? Post it here! Happy weekend!
