Sgt. Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band - LP cover

On Monday Dave-FM will celebrate the anniversary of one of the all time greatest albums.   Starting at noon, we’ll play Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band in it’s entirety.

One turn-table and a microphone

Believe it or not, there is actually a good angle for the McDonald’s Daily Cheese. Do you remember Sgt Pepper’s, the movie? So many people are in it like The Bee Gees, Steve Martin, Aerosmith, Tina Turner and Bonnie Raitt (to name a few!).  You have to watch this hot mess of a trailer.  What a hilarious throwback to the 70′s! Peter Frampton has said that being in this ruined his career.  I can see that.

We also found this amazingly bad clip from the film.  Fast Forward to about 3:18 to see the medley of 70′s stars.  I could pick out Carol Channing, George Burns, Sha Na Na and more!
