Attention Phish fans, here’s Trey as you’ve never heard him before! Apparently he’s a huge fan of Britney Spears, Paramore and Katy Perry. Well, his daughters are at least
. If you are just dying to know what full album the band is going to play at their upcoming Festival 8 Halloween Show in California you may want to give this a listen. Hint: Michael Jackson’s “Thriller” seems to be a strong contender! Trey is VERY cool to talk to.

so how did you get this interview again?
Through the record label.
Glad to hear “Off the Wall” isn’t out of the question for Festival8. Still think it will be something much older, like Elton John’s “Captain Fantastic…”, Zappa’s “Hot Rats”, Bob Dylan and The Band’s “The Basement Tapes”, Hendrix’s “Electric Ladyland”, Genesis’ “Lamb Lies Down on Broadway”, or Traffic’s “Shoot Out at the Fantasy Factory.” Can’t wait to go and find out!!
Mara, you have no right to interview the God that is Trey unless you meet the following requirments:
1) You must have no job and be in your 12th year of college
2) You must have a Phish bumper sticker on the back of your Audi
3) You must enjoy noodle dancing barefoot in your ugly, vintage skirt
4) You must not have showered anytime in the past week
How dare you!
Mara,
I totally enjoyed your interview with Trey! I think it’s awesome to hear about the person that is Trey rather than what song Phish teased at the last show. Loved it!
Nice interview. Love to hear Trey’s views on the pop world.
Thanks for a great interview – and SuperThanks for pulling for Atlanta!
